2. Ticket Purchases
• Tickets are sold exclusively through our website.
• All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.
• It is your responsibility to verify event details before purchasing.
• Tickets may not be resold or transferred without written consent.
3. E-Tickets and Entry
• Tickets will be sent by email.
• Entry may require valid photo ID and proof of age.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates event or venue rules.
4. Event Rules
• No illegal substances, aggression, or unauthorised photography.
• You must comply with staff instructions and venue regulations.
• Age restrictions are strictly enforced at relevant events.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• If we cancel an event, you are entitled to a full refund or ticket transfer.
• If we reschedule, your ticket remains valid. If you cannot attend the new date, contact us within 7 days for a refund request.
6. Refund Policy
• Tickets are non-refundable unless:
• The event is cancelled
• The event is rescheduled and you’re unable to attend
• A discretionary refund is granted due to illness or emergency (supporting evidence required)

7. Loyalty Points System
• Points are awarded for each qualifying ticket purchase.
• Points can be redeemed only for future ticket purchases.
• Points do not expire and are non-transferable.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for anything other than ticket discounts.
• Misuse may result in account suspension or forfeiture of points.
• The system may be altered or discontinued at our discretion.
8. Use of Images and Event Media
• By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you grant Rendezvous Events the right to use photos, video, or other media captured during the event that may include your image or likeness.
• These materials may be used in marketing, promotion, social media, or advertising, without further permission or compensation.
• You waive any right to inspect or approve the final content.
• If you have concerns about being photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of staff on the night. We will aim to accommodate reasonable requests.
9. Liability
• We are not liable for:
• Travel delays, lost personal items, or accommodation costs
• Any indirect or consequential losses
• Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for your ticket.

• You must not misuse this site or attempt to interfere with its operation.

11. Intellectual Property
• All content, branding, and media on this site is owned by Rendezvous Events or used under licence.
