By booking a ticket to a Rendezvous event you are registering your acceptance to the Rendezvous Terms & Conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms & conditions.

Each member warrants that personal details supplied are correct and promises to notify Rendezvous of any changes to their details. Rendezvous will not be held responsible for the information completed on the website's form.

Our events are targeted at people in their 20s and 30s. Whilst we cannot enforce age checks, we hope that people respect our age brackets and other members who are expecting to meet people in the specific age range.

Events are subject to change or cancellation at any time prior to the event. Rendezvous will endeavour to contact guests by email or phone, as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If an event is cancelled because we do not achieve minimum reservation numbers, a full refund will be given.

Rendezvous does not guarantee a specific number of attendees at each event.

Rendezvous operates a No-Refund policy, except in exceptional circumstances. Refunds are only given at the discretion of the management.

Rendezvous holds events at venues that are independently owned and run. Therefore in the event of any damages suffered, physical or otherwise, Rendezvous cannot be held responsible or liable.

Rendezvous reserves the right to refuse admission to any event.

Rendezvous can take no responsibility for the safety and security of your personal belongings whilst attending an event.

Rendezvous cannot be held responsible for guests' behaviour. Rendezvous reserves the right to remove anyone from its books or from an event should we deem their behaviour to be unreasonable. Fees are non-refundable.

If you personally arrange to meet up with another Rendezvous member outside the remit of one of our events, we cannot be held responsible. We suggest all future meetings be arranged in a busy environment and friends be notified of names, dates, times and locations.

By allowing your photograph to be taken by our photographer at an event, you give us permission to display such photograph on the website.

Rendezvous accepts no responsibility for loss occasioned as a result of reliance placed on any parts of the contents of this website. Rendezvous reserves the right to amend its Terms and Conditions from time to time and will notify members of any amendments. Members will be bound by the changes when subsequent to that notice they use the services by, for example, booking an event.
